Terms and Conditions
This agreement is by and between Internet Communications Inc., and the Customer (as set forth in this application) of certain communications services to the customer. The customer certifies that they are 18 years of age or older. Customer understands and accepts the Terms and Conditions listed and agrees to pay the appropriate monthly amount as indicated. Customer agrees to pay for Internet Communications Inc., by means of credit card or monthly billing. Customer agrees to let Internet Communications Inc., Inc, bill customer's charge account automatically under the terms of this agreement. Payments not received within 15 days of billing date will result in immediate termination of the Customer's Internet Communications Inc., account and cancellation of the services provided by Internet Communications Inc.,. Termination does not void Customer's responsibility under this agreement up to date of termination. A $5 late fee may be assessed to any account that is "Past Due". Internet Communications Inc., will provide certain internet services and the customer agrees to acceptable use of such services under state and federal laws. Under no circumstances shall Internet Communications Inc., be liable for the actions of those customers whom do not abide by our acceptable use policy. Internet Communications Inc., cannot be held accountable for downtime or "Acts of God". Customer agrees that they may be charged a dedicated rate if a service is left on 24/7. Internet Communications Inc., maintains a no busy signal policy under "normal circumstances" but cannot be held accountable if an dramatic increase in customers is the cause of busy signals. (ex.
