What is the Regulatory Recovery Fee (RRF)?

The Regulatory Recovery Fee of 10% is charged to offset costs incurred by ICI in complying with inquiries and paying for obligations imposed by federal, state, local and foreign governmental and regulatory bodies including related legal, billing and administrative expenses. This fee is not a tax or charge required or assessed by any governmental or regulatory body.
